We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations, including New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected countries in Europe.

Each piece is carefully inspected and packed before shipping.

All orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post.

• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
  
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 
• All orders include tracking and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Orders valued at A$200 or more are shipped with Signature on Delivery.
• Orders valued at  A$300 or more also include Australia Post Extra Cover at no additional cost.
• For international  orders, Signature on Delivery is provided where available in the destination country.

Once shipped, delivery timeframes are outside our control and may be affected by postal services, customs or other external factors.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, complete, and able to safely receive parcels. Changes cannot be made after dispatch. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

Please note that any reporting period for damaged or incorrect items begins from the time the parcel is marked as delivered, not when it is collected or opened. Please inspect and report any issues within 72 hours of delivery.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes and VAT are the customer's responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
